CPS Polling

So How Does This Work?

We will have four rounds of polls.
In round 1, we will ask who wants to run.
In rounds 2-4, we will ask which candidates you support and a few other questions about your StuCo opinions.
All results will be reported without delay on this website.
Votes are 100% anonymous.
Any candidate's names will be replaced with letters (A, B, C, D, etc.) given in a random order, but the assignments will stay the same to get a picture of the race over multiple polls.
Anyone who wants to can declare their candidacy and get in the polls!

When StuCo knows what the students want, then they can do the best job possible. Just affirming or rejecting candidates is a lousy measure of policy and personality preferences. Polls around elections times allow for so much more.
Currently, running a campaign is like running in the dark. Only your experiences and conversations are there to guide you. Now you have trustworthy polls to help keep your campaign running in a productive direction. Up to date info on how you are doing, issues, and much more will make your campaign as good as it can be.
With almost 400 students at College Prep, the amount of analysis, and the number of insights that can be pulled out of this data is tremendous. This will allow for a good data pool for any such experimenting, forecasting, etc.
